You are responsible for ensuring that your booking details, contact information, and selected class are accurate before confirming your registration.
Class availability, instructor assignments, schedules, and pricing may change at any time.
3. Payments
Payment may be required at the time of booking or purchase. We may offer drop-in classes, class packages, memberships, monthly plans, private sessions, workshops, or studio rentals.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payments may be processed through third-party platforms or payment providers. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of those providers.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients should cancel classes at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time when cancellation is allowed.
Late cancellations, missed classes, no-shows, unused packages, memberships, or promotional purchases may not be eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers unless otherwise stated by Exit 33 Dance Studio.
Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Exit 33 Dance Studio and may depend on the type of class, package, membership, event, or rental purchased.
5. Memberships and Packages
Memberships, class packs, and promotional offers may have specific rules, expiration dates, usage limits, or cancellation requirements.
It is your responsibility to review the terms of your selected plan before purchase. Unused sessions may expire according to the terms of the package or membership purchased.
6. Health, Safety, and Participation
By participating in Exit 33 Dance Studio classes or activities, you understand that dance, fitness, and movement-based activities involve physical effort and may carry risk of injury.
You agree to participate at your own risk and confirm that you are physically able to take part in the selected class or activity.
You should consult a physician before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy-related concern, or health limitation.
Please inform the instructor before class if you have any injuries, limitations, or concerns.
7. Studio Rules
All clients, guests, students, parents, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other participants, and studio property.
Exit 33 Dance Studio reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, cancel bookings, or restrict access to anyone who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful manner.
8. Children’s Classes
For children’s classes, parents or guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration details and ensuring that children are dropped off and picked up on time.
Parents or guardians may be required to remain available during class depending on the child’s age, class type, or studio policy.
9. Studio Rentals
Studio rental bookings are subject to availability, approval, and any rental-specific rules provided by Exit 33 Dance Studio.
Renters are responsible for using the space safely, respecting studio property, following agreed rental times, and leaving the space in good condition.
Additional charges may apply for damages, overtime, cleaning, unauthorized use, or violation of rental terms.
10. Schedule Changes and Cancellations by Exit 33
Exit 33 Dance Studio may cancel, reschedule, replace, or modify classes, instructors, events, workshops, or rentals when necessary.
If a class or service is cancelled by Exit 33, we may offer a credit, rescheduled session, or other solution at our discretion.

Exit 33 Dance Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you and avoid bringing unnecessary items to the studio.
12. Photos, Videos, and Media
Exit 33 Dance Studio may take photos or videos during classes, events, workshops, or studio activities for promotional, social media, website, or marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please notify our team before participating.
For children, parent or guardian consent may be required for media use.
